Diet Not The Only Solution To A Lean And Slender Body: Women Exercise
It has been said over and over again that diet is not the only solution to get a more slender and lean body. There are countless women who go on a diet because they feel that it is the only way to lose weight. That is why, there are numerous cases of eating disorder due to fright and fear of gaining weight and losing a slender and lean physique.
Eating less is not the solution. In fact, it is not even a healthy solution. The fact that a woman eats less in order to have a slender body is taboo. There are several researches that provide that eating less do not provide long term results. A woman may lose weight after two or three days of eating less. However, one she eats more, she will definitely gain more than what she used to have.
Women exercise is the best solution to have a slender and lean body. It is apparent that there are a number of women who are not fund of workout routine or exercise. They feel that it is just a waste of time, money and effort. However, a well balanced and healthy diet without an absolute workout plan will truly not work and will truly not provide long term positive results.
A woman does not have to own a gym membership card in order to perform workout routine. In fact, she can start her exercise by jogging 20-30 minutes every day. She can do this outside of her home like in the park or some other natural and pleasant environment or she can do it on a treadmill. The first goal is actually to lose those excess and unwanted fats. She has to focus on those things first before actually going through those rigorous and heavy weight workout routine.
